Roller Runways

Full Width Rollers, Steel Axles and Frames; Use in New or Existing Carton Flow Systems

Roller Runways are particularly suited to heavier products, those with odd shapes and / or irregular bottoms. Runway capacities approximately 15 lbs. per roller.

Track Lengths: Available in "to the inch" cuts from 2'-12'.

Selection Guide

Roller Centers: Cartons with firm, flat bottoms flow well when supported by four rollers. Cartons with poor bottoms or heavier weights may require closer roller spacing.

Track Width: Cartons with firm, flat bottoms can be wider than track section.

Pitch: Recommended pitch is 1 inch per foot. Test for product flow.

Load Capacity: Maximum Capacity of a Roller Runway section is 50 lb. per foot. Overall capacity is determined by shelf frame.

Roller Runway Specifications

Width: 9", 12" and 15". Overall Actual Width (OAW), is 1/2" greater than nominal width.

Rollers: Full width, 3/4" diameter, aluminum.

Channel: Galvanized steel, 23 gauge, 1 1/8 x'' 5/5".

Spacing: Roller Runways available with roller spacing of 1", 2", 3", or 4" on center.

Lengths: Runways can be ordered in 1" increments.

Roller Centers: 1'', 2'', 3'', or 4''.

Roller Features: Full 3/4" width, 3/4" diameter, aluminum with steel axles.

Roller Runway Flow Rack

Keneco Flow Rack can be attached to almost any pallet rack, new or existing, rolled, formed or structural. Using existing rack normally reduces costs. Pallet storage can be front and rear, rear only and in mezzanine systems. There are many different methods of attaching Keneco Flow Rack to pallet rack. The most common methods are illustrated here.
